It's official - I'm Big Man

I have photographic proof...

I can now sit in the 'grown up' seats in the supermarket trolley...this has some obvious advantages. I can easily flash a cheeky smile to the old ladies as they pass - something that was a bit difficult in the lying-down supermarket moomin wagons. I couldn't really see the old ladies as they passed - now, as you can see, I enjoy grinning at them whenever possible. If only they knew it was because I know they're also wearing a nappy, lest they piss themselves when they cough - rather like mummy.

I shall briefly continue with my case that I am in fact Big Man and points are as follows:
- I can sit in the trolley seats (see above)
- I have teeth
- I eat biscotti
- I have a Big Man's chair (see picture)

This final point is an exciting one. You can see my new chair above. It's got no table but that's so I can sit at the table (as Big Man would) and eat with everyone else. It also grows with me so that even when I'm more big, I'll still be able to sit on it. Nice I think you'll agree. Just waiting for the cushion to come into the shop, until then, it's piles all round!

Sick and stones may break my bones...

Hello world! I've been ill for a week and there's been a lot going on in my life recently.

I shared some celery sticks with mumly last Sunday and later that day I was being sick all over the place. Mumly was sick for two days but because I'm small (in many ways I'm also a big man but when I'm ill I'm definately little man) and it was the first stomach bug I've ever had, it took a while to get out my mini system. So yesterday was the first day I wasn't sick or didn't do a liquid poop...hurray for me!

I feel much more like my old self now...watch out ladies...the sauce is back in town!

Daddy hurt himself and some liver

Yes, it's true. Mr Hen stabbed himself with a sharp knife into his thumb and there was Hen blood everywhere. He turned white and sweaty and keeled over - pity poor Hen. Gemma had to throw away the burgers Hen was cooking as they were covered in blood...mmm...blood burgers.

Talking of dinner - look at what Daddy rustled up for me today...yummy...it's Braised Liver - blah! But I did eat all of the cat sick up!!!

I've decided to have mummy remove the picture of me with no clothes on from the post below as there have been some reports that one of my testicles can be seen!

The new picture below was taken in my car seat - as you can see I'm wearing a zebra outfit. I'm pretty sure you can't see my todger in this one.

Long Time, No Blog

It's been such a long time since I put my little chubby fingers to the keyboard and let you all know what i'm up to. My life is so hectic I rarely get a moment to myself but one of my New Year's resolutions is to keep on top of this blog!

A quick update - i've sprouted two teeth! Hurray! Still no hair but teeth guys...I have teeth! Uncle Curls (John) found them and said what they were - hurray for Uncle Curls!

Had my eight-month check up this morning which all went fine. Dad took me and they checked I was normal and I officially am. They gave me a wooden block which I had to pass from hand to hand (and put in my mouth), then two blocks which I banged together (then put in my mouth) and a book to look at (and put in my mouth) - everything's fine but we have to jsut check that I start making some dadada noises or I'll need to go back in a month.

Now it doesn't get much more exciting than this...I got my own library card today. I can borrow 15 library items but no 12, 15 or 18 DVDs so no sneaky nights in watching pornos...unless i can get someone to go in for me...mmm...more thought required there. The funny thing was that the woman behind the desk actually said "Thomas can't take out 12, 15 or 18 rated videos or DVDs". How am I going to do that - I'm eight months old! But's it's very sweet there. They do story time on a Thursday so we'll be going along to that next week I think. Bet I can save up a smasher of a dump for mummy so she has to whip my arse out there and then - then maybe i'll wee on her...ahhh...nothing like a plan.

Feeling better today

Hello all! I'm feeling much better today thanks to a good night's sleep. I only needed to wake up at 4.30 to have a snack.

Seems like the Calpol worked - I don't feel so grotty today as I did after my jabs.

Daddy's had the TV taken away cos it keeps making a noise so Mummy was at a complete loss today - she had to do some housework!! Hopefully the telly will be back soon or I just don't know what I'll do. I'd be SO ashamed if any of my friends came round and saw that I'm watching a 14"!

Daddy said my hair is now long enough to ruffle. I haven't seen myself so I've no idea. I hope it doesn't turn out like Daddy's big hair! I wonder if he'll be having it cut soon...

Other than that, I've been working on the title of my first commercially-available album. So far I've come up with 'Moomin: The Album', 'Moomin: A Moomin's Tale'. 'Moomin: There & Back Again' and 'Sing-a-long-a-Moomin'. Still got some thinking to do but I'm feeling I'm nearly there.

I'm really looking forward to this weekend - my grandma and grandad are coming over to see me - it should be good fun - if the weather's nice, we'll have a bbq.

I've got really bad farts today - they make me cry!!

Moomin hugs to you all.

Injections

Today I had my first lot of immunisations. I had one in each leg and it really hurt - i screamed for ages after. Then i got weighed and I've put on another half a pound, despite the explosions which have occurred in my nappies.

The rest of the day then got worse really. I started to feel bad after the injections and got a bad tummy ache. Daddy gave me some Calpol which has made me feel better and got me a bit of sleep.

We're all going to relax in a while and watch Big Brother so I think this will be it for today - sorry it's been a short one but hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow.

Night-night one and all...

4th July

Well lunch was nice - I had the usual.

We didn't go to baby massage in the end - it was much too hot outside and my pushchair gets very warm and I get cranky. Other than that, I've been sleeping on mummy on the sofa. This is me in my vest taken today - i'm so working it for the camera.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow as I have to go in and have my jabs. I heard it hurts and I might get a little poorly afterwards. Hopefully it'll be ok.

Mum and dad are having a curry tonight as a little celebration of dad's new job - hope mum doesn't eat any onions - they fill up my nappy!

So I'm pretty sleepy now. Going to have bath then bed.

Love to you all

My first blog post

Hi - my name is Thomas but all my family call me Moomin. I'm 9 weeks old.

Well today is so hot - i'm just wearing my vest and having a lazy day. I've slept most of the morning.

I've got baby massage later but it's so hot - i don't like the room at the health centre because there are no windows and it makes me grizzle!

I wanted to start up this little blog so all my friends and family could see what i am up to, see new photos and get up to the minute information on what i'm up to.

More exciting posts to come. It's time for some lunch...
